Why do I need an in person estimate?

We recommend to schedule an appointment in order to get an estimate. Our expert team member will be able to evaluate the type and condition of your floor, recommend the right service and provide you with a proper & accurate estimate for your project.
What does 'dustless' service mean?

Our company works with machinery that is attached to a vacuum system while in operation to instantly contain dust accumulation. However, still with all the preventive measures and technology/tools available, it is not possible to create a 100% dust free environment during refinishing work. To minimize dust on site, in preparation we carefully cover, tape and seal certain areas, furniture, molding, doors, windows, etc. with plastic in order to protect built in features and generally keep the the rest of the home clean. Also, after completion we carry out a thorough job site cleaning.
Will you move my furniture?

All furniture must be moved and the room has to be fully cleared before we can start our work in your home. We do not offer this service, however we can recommend you companies we have worked with in the past.
Can my engineered wood floors be refinished?

Engineered wood floors vary in quality and only after an in person evaluation we are able to provide you with a recommendation & accurate estimate.
How long does it take for the finish to dry before I can walk on it?

Water based coats dry quick which allows a faster turnaround time. Oil based coats need much more than 24 hrs to dry, which extends the overall length of the process.
Can I stay in my home during the refinishing of my floors?

In order to avoid exposure to chemical fumes, dust and noise, we recommend you make arrangements in advance and do not stay in your home. Also, the crew must use the A/C set at lower than comfortable temperatures during the process in order reach the desired results.
Do you refinish staircases?

We do not offer full staircase refinish, steps only (top surface).
